Teams Showcase

Teams Showcase is a discovery hub for crews that choose to list themselves. It is not a ranked leaderboard — there are no crowns, win standings, or team Elo.

Showcase is for signed-in drivers. Guests who open a shared link see a preview card, then sign in and land back on that team in Discover.

Private team spaces stay private. Listing on Showcase only shares a redacted public page.

Open Showcase

1. Go to Dashboard → Teams
2. Open the Discover teams tab (next to My Teams)

You can search by name, filter to Recruiting only, filter by focus tags, and sort by most active, most members, or newest listings.

Your applications appears at the top of Discover when you have pending join requests. You can withdraw a request from there or from the team’s Showcase page.

What is public

For listed teams, Showcase can show:

• Team name, avatar, and description
• Optional website and social links the team chose to show on Showcase
• Activity stats (members, shared online races, lap record count, sessions this month, top track/class)
• Recruiting pitch and focus tags
• Public driver names for members who already have Stats Visibility = Public

Showcase does not show trophy room results, join codes, Talk, setups, private telemetry, Discord webhooks, or event RSVP lists.

Request to join

If a team is Open to recruits:

1. Open their Showcase page
2. Optionally write a short message
3. Choose Request to join

Team owners and admins get an in-app notification (and email, if they keep join request notifications on under Settings → Notifications). They review requests on Dashboard → Teams → Overview, the same place as join-code approval requests. Join codes are never shown on Showcase.

You can withdraw a pending request anytime from Discover → Your applications, or from the team’s Showcase page.

Share links

Use Copy link on a Showcase page. Shared URLs look like https://mylmu.app/t/{teamId}:

• Discord and social apps get a title, description, and avatar preview
• Guests see a preview and Open in MyLMU (sign-in returns them to that team)
• Signed-in drivers are sent straight into Discover

List your team

Owners and admins can opt in from Dashboard → Teams → Settings → Showcase & recruiting:

1. Turn on List on Showcase
2. Optionally turn on Open to recruits and write a recruiting pitch
3. Add focus tags if you want to appear in those filters
4. Save

Turn listing off anytime — your team leaves Showcase immediately and recruiting closes with it.
