Why Community data may lag or why you do not appear on leaderboards.
Not appearing on leaderboards
Check all of the following:

| No multiplayer sessions | Import Multiplayer Race and Qualifying XML |
| Driver name mismatch | Match Settings name to session XML — Driver matching |
| Cache lag | Wait ~5 minutes after import |
Cache refresh times

Your personal session data updates immediately after import — community lists may lag briefly.
Missing from Activity feed only
The Activity tab shows Sync Agent uploads only. Manual imports count toward leaderboards but won't appear in the live feed.
Friends tab empty
Friends need Stats Visibility set to Public. Friends with Stats Visibility set to Private are hidden by design.
