Creating a Team

Any MyLMU user can create a team from Dashboard → Teams.

Create a team

1. Click Create team
2. Enter a team name (required)
3. Optionally add a description
4. Optionally upload a team photo
5. Confirm creation

You become the team owner with full management permissions.

Team photo

• Formats: JPEG, PNG, or WebP
• Resized automatically on upload
• Max size after processing: ~2 MB

You can change the photo later in Settings.

Ownership limits

There is no limit on how many teams you can join as a member.

If you hit the free ownership cap, upgrade to Pro or transfer ownership before creating another team.

After creation

• Open the team Overview tab to add a description and invite members
• Generate a join code for open recruitment
• Configure Settings — Discord links, lap record filters, auto-share

Deleting a team

Only the owner can delete a team. This is permanent and removes the team photo from storage. Members lose access immediately.
