Skill Rating

MyLMU Skill Rating (SR) — tiers from Bronze to Alien and what moves your SR score.

Last updated July 15, 2026

Summarize this page with AI

Skill Rating (SR) reflects how you perform in online races and qualifying relative to the field and reference pace.

Skill tiers

Tier groupScore rangeSub-tiers
Bronze0–9.99B1, B2, B3
Silver10–19.99S1, S2, S3
Gold20–34.99G1, G2, G3
Platinum35–54.99P1, P2, P3
Diamond55–74.99D1, D2, D3
Alien75+Single tier

Until you complete placement, your tier shows as Unranked.

What increases SR

  • Strong finishes in larger grids
  • Lap times close to reference "Alien" pace (OhneSpeed Spreadsheet)
  • Longer race duration (races only)
  • Recent good sessions (recency weighting)
  • Consistent volume over time (volume factor)

What decreases or limits SR

  • Poor finishes relative to field size
  • DNF / DQ — flat minimal score (5 points), no multipliers
  • Wet sessions — lap pace multiplier neutralized (×1.0)
  • Small grids — races with 1–5 drivers excluded entirely
  • Old sessions weigh less after your 40th session

Qualifying weight

Qualifying sessions contribute 20% of race base points for SR. They help placement and steady improvement but matter less than races.
