Find your LMU Results and Telemetry folders when the Sync Agent can't locate them.
Can't find Results folder
- Confirm Le Mans Ultimate is installed via Steam
- Try the default Windows path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Le Mans Ultimate\UserData\Log\Results
- If Steam is on another drive, check
D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\... - On Linux/Proton, use the compatdata path — see Folder paths
Can't find Telemetry folder
Same installation root, but navigate to:
Le Mans Ultimate/UserData/Telemetry/
Telemetry files only appear after you have recorded at least one session with Auto Record or the Record Telemetry hotkey enabled.
Folder appears empty
It is normal if the folder looks empty when browsing from the app:
- You may not have raced since installing LMU
- Files are created after sessions end, not before
- Use Sync Existing Files after selecting the folder to scan for any existing files
Wrong folder selected
If you accidentally selected UserData or Log instead of Results:
- Re-select the correct subfolder (
ResultsorTelemetry) - Verify the path ends with
/Resultsor/Telemetry - Check the monitoring indicator turns green
Steam Deck / Linux tips
- Use Desktop Mode for initial folder selection
- The Proton prefix path is long — copy from Folder paths if needed
- Ensure LMU has been launched at least once so
UserDatafolders are created
