Files not uploading

Try disconnecting and reconnecting your account if uploads suddenly stop.
Monitoring indicator red
The app is not watching folders. Check:
- Results folder is selected and path is correct
- App is running (not quit from tray)
- For telemetry: Pro subscription active and Telemetry folder configured
- Restart the app
Files skipped
| Reason | Solution |

| Duplicate | Session already imported — normal behavior |
| No matching driver | Update driver name in Settings |
| Invalid file | Not a valid LMU XML or .duckdb file |
Rate limits
If uploads pause briefly, the agent retries automatically. Wait and check the Activity Log.
