The Events tab is a full team calendar for practices, league races, endurance stints, and meetings.
Event types
- Practice
- League Race
- Endurance Race
- Team Meeting
- Special Event
Event statuses
- Scheduled — upcoming
- Cancelled — marked cancelled, hidden from active calendar
- Completed — past event
Calendar views
- Month view — visual calendar grid
- Agenda view — chronological list
RSVPs
All members can RSVP with:
- Going
- Tentative
- Reserve
- Not going
RSVPs work even if you disable event email notifications in your personal settings.
Lineups
Owners and admins build lineups with:
- Roles: Driver, Engineer, Reserve, Strategist, Guest
- Driver seats P1–P10
- Car and stint slot assignments
Publish the lineup when ready — members see their assigned role and stint.
Pre-race briefing
Events can include:
- Setup notes
- Briefing points
- Server details
Linked content
Attach context to an event:
- Linked sessions (shared races)
- Linked telemetry files
- Linked setups from the Setups tab
- Recap notes after the event
Notifications

Event alert delivery may take up to ~10 minutes after scheduling changes.
Configure per-member preferences in Settings → Notifications.
Calendar export
Pro team owners can enable ICS calendar subscribe for all team events. See Calendar.
Individual events can be added to a personal calendar when the team owner is Pro.
Limits
There is no cap on the number of events a team can create.
